Restaurant Customer Journey Map
As part of an app to order ahead for sit-down restaurants, I created this journey map for someone going to eat with a group during their lunch hour. The main takeaway is how the narrow time window negatively affects their emotions throughout the experience.
In October 2016, I participated in a 48 hour hackathon on a team with 3 developers and a product manager. We used APIs from the Wayblazer AI travel search to create a new website that would allow travelers to share rooms at hotels. I provided the developers with screens (shown above), user flows, and ongoing design support including finding hex codes and weighing in on decisions for the website.
